While some of our practitioners provide care covered by OHIP, we are primarily a fee-for-service clinic. However, private and employer health insurance plans may cover many of our services. Naturopathic and acupuncture treatments are also exempt from HST.
Cancellation Policy: Less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments are charged a $25 fee. Less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments with Jin Wang will be charged a $45 fee. For IV therapy appointments, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged as well as the cost of the IV bag prepared for you (emergencies are exempt from this policy).
Subsidy Program
We can offer subsidized care for all our services when benefit plans and affordability are absent. Please complete this application form (PDF) and email it to ccnmclinics@ccnm.edu with supporting document(s). To have the subsidy applied to the cost of your first appointment, please complete and email the form about two weeks before.
